Running 2 Lose

This blog will be dedicated to my personal struggle as I run to lose weight. I actually started last week by walking a total of 12 miles at the local high school track. I decided to record my journey for my own personal reasons. I will upload some pictures soon.

My daily goal is to reach three miles running or walking.

My goal weight is to get under 200 pounds.

As of today April 21, 2016 I currently weigh 279 pounds.

5:15 pm – I am waiting on my kids to get home from after school activities and honestly I don’t feel like going to the track. Why do I feel like this might have something to do with the crappy weather. Last week I walked 12 miles and felt like I was getting back on track today I just feel down right lazy. Well kids are home going to get ready and go at least I have my girls to get me going when I feel like this. Will update later this evening.
